Job summary

A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co.

is seeking a Production Worker/Machine Operator for 2nd shift at our Bristol, TN facility. The role involves setting up and operating CNC and manual machines, loading and unloading production equipment, and performing quality inspections on parts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual and/or CNC lathes, mills or machining centers, though we are willing to train the right person.

We currently have multiple production opportunities on 2nd shift at our facility in Bristol, TN and are looking for great people who are interested in helping our boss – the customer.

Overview:

• Set up and operate both CNC and manual machines.
• Load and unload production equipment, perform quality inspections on parts and handle a fast paced work environment.
• Assemble, test and package a variety of manufacturing products.

Wage

• Wages start at $19.89 with increases every 6 months as you move up the wage scale.
• Shift Differential - $1.50 for 2nd shift and 3rd shift
• $2000 Retention Bonus - $500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days, and $1000 at 365 days of employment.
