Production opportunities are available at the Bamber Bridge site for reliable, motivated team players. This is a hands‑on role within a supportive production environment, helping to manufacture high‑quality carpet tiles for UK and international customers.

Full training is provided, along with clear progression through an internal Production Technician grading structure. The business actively supports development and long‑term career growth.

What this role involves

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and effective operation of plant and equipment used in the production of specialist flooring products.
• Work collaboratively supporting colleagues and technical staff in the completion of process and quality records.
• Contribute to problem‑solving activities associated with operational problems ensuring plant availability and production targets are met or exceeded.

Salary

£25,397 per year + shift allowance. Typical earnings between £28,700 and £30,400 per year, depending on shift pattern.

Hours

• Working 40 hours per week on 2 rotating shifts.
• Early – 6am to 2pm (Tuesday to Friday).
• Late – 2pm to 12 midnight (Monday and Thursday).
