Baxter Compounding in Oxford is looking for Production Technicians in our TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) department who are eager to join us in helping save and sustain the lives of our patients by manufacturing essential life-supporting products. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a desire to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry, as full training will be provided.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Baxter site in Oxford. The role primarily involves working in the TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) department, operating in grade B and C environments. Occasionally, staff will rotate to work in grade D compounding rooms, as well as in assembly and labelling areas.
The initial working hours will be Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts from 7am-3pm and 10am-6pm. Once trained, the working hours are likely to change to Tuesday to Saturday, on rotating shifts of 10am-6pm and 1pm-9pm.
