Job summary

Just Temps is supporting our client in their search for a Production/Installation Technician based in the Sudbury, Suffolk area. You will focus on precision, efficiency, and delivering an excellent customer experience from arrival through to handover.

You will support and assist in the factory with the assembly and manufacture products. Key responsibilities include cutting, assembling, loading vehicles, travelling to customer sites for installations, testing, and providing professional customer

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cut, assemble and prepare products in line with drawings and specs.
• Check finished products for quality before dispatch.
• Load vehicles safely with products and materials.
• Travel to customer sites and complete installations to company standards.
• Carry out testing, adjustments and handovers after installation.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment.
• Complete required paperwork and installation documentation.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Assist with stock, equipment and general factory duties.

Production Technician - Just Temps is supporting our client in their search for Production / Installation Technician, based in the Sudbury, Suffolk area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer.

What is in it for you:

• £13.00 per hour circa £27,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week. 7am - 5pm Monday to Thursday
• Pension after a qualifying period

About the role:

You will focus on precision, efficiency, and delivering an excellent customer experience from arrival through to handover. You will support and assist in the factory with the assembly and manufacture products.

• Cut, assemble and prepare products in line with technical drawings and specifications.
• Check finished products for quality and accuracy before dispatch.
• Prepare and safely load vehicles with products, tools and materials.
• Travel to customer sites and complete installations to company standards.
• Carry out testing, adjustments and customer handovers following installation.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Complete required paperwork, photos and installation documentation.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Assist with stock, equipment and general factory duties as required.

Requirements:
