Job summary

Polytec Personnel Ltd are seeking an Assembly Technician for a client based just north of Cambridge. This temporary role lasts 3-6 months with the potential to transfer to permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include assembly, packing and despatch in a clean lab environment, plus completing manufacturing records with the ERP system and ensuring work is completed to agreed time scales. Applicants should have assembly/despatch experience, strong accuracy and repeatability, good

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an assembly and/or despatch role preferred.
• Proven ability to perform with the highest accuracy and repeatability.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Punctual with a good attendance record.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time.
• Familiarity with following SOPs, ISO 13485 & ISO 9001.
• Computer literacy; ERP experience is useful.

Location: Cambridge (CB24)

Duration: Temporary, 3-6 months initially, possible transfer to permanent

Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday), 30 minutes lunch break

Salary: £13.70 per hour
