Our client, a successful and busy Electronics Manufacturing company based in Bridgwater, is looking to appoint 2 full-time skilled PCB Assembly Technicians to support their manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. PCB Assembly (SMT & PTH)
2. Component Forming
3. Hand Soldering
4. General Housekeeping

Preferred candidates will have experience and awareness of IPC standards, with familiarity in interpreting engineering drawings and bills of materials (BOM).

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar electronics manufacturing role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Good dexterity, hand and eye coordination
• Health & Safety awareness
• Teamwork and clear communication skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
• Benefits: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 3 days Christmas closure
