Pay Range: $16/hr to $23/hr depending on experience

Located in Chilhowie, VA, Complete Comfort is a family-owned and operated business specializing in heating, cooling, and backup power systems. We install, service, repair, and maintain various types and brands of HVAC systems and generators. We take pride in our work and our community, ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in performing routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Learn how to inspect, clean, and replace filters, coils, and other essential components.
• Support senior technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting minor HVAC issues.
• Document maintenance tasks and communicate findings with customers and team members.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines while working on job sites.
• Participate in company-provided training to develop your technical skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

• 0-1 year of HVAC experience or relevant technical training.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• EPA certification is a plus, but not required.
