Our client, based in Glamorgan Cardiff, is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician specializing in painting and decorating. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and have substantial experience in both external and internal painting.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Punctuality and good time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with a team of painters involved in a painting program extending until September.
2. Potential to work in void properties, especially when weather conditions change.

Shift Pattern: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay: £17 per hour
