Morrisons seeks an experienced Team Manager to drive results through their teams in a fast-moving environment. You will report to the Department Manager and focus on engaging, developing and performance-driven staff to meet daily objectives.

You will monitor KPIs, set targets, coach for improvement, and promote welfare and attendance across shifts, ensuring effective task allocation and daily briefings to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Management/supervisory experience within a large scale production operation (Food Manufacturing preferred).
• Ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to ensure consistent service.
• Proven track record of leading a team and delivering strong results.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and drive KPIs; take action to ensure targets are met daily and weekly.
• Set performance targets and review progress; create action plans to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Drive continuous improvement strategies to solve problems.
• Spot and develop talent through coaching and guidance.
• Look after colleague welfare and improve attendance standards.
• Allocate tasks and run daily shift briefs.
