You will have the opportunity to influence how things are done, champion positive change and play a key role in shaping the future success of our operation.

We are seeking an experienced people leader with a strong track record of managing teams within a fast-paced operational environment.
You will be recognised for your ability to inspire others, hold people accountable, build capability and deliver results through your team.
Experience leading operational teams within FMCG, manufacturing, food & drink, packaging, logistics or a similar production environment
Strong people management experience, including performance management, coaching and team development
Proven ability to drive engagement, build positive culture and motivate teams through change
Experience implementing process improvements and delivering operational excellence
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, GMP standards and manufacturing best practices
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
Experience working within a unionised environment would be advantageous
We're passionate about creating an environment where our people can grow and succeed.
Alongside a highly competitive reward package, you'll join a business with ambitious growth plans, iconic brands, significant investment and a culture built on collaboration, respect and continuous improvement.
If you're an experienced operations leader looking for your next challenge and want to join a company where you can truly make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
