Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Production Team Leader for our Hull manufacturing facility. You will oversee a rotating 3-shift system, coach a high-performing team, and ensure targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, experience managing KPIs, excellent organisation and communication, and the ability to work across warehouse, engineering and planning teams to drive productivity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Team Leader or supervisor in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
• Experience managing production KPIs, quality standards and productivity targets.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team to meet daily targets.
• Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure output and quality.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to maximise productivity.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain high health & safety standards and site procedures.
• Collaborate with warehouse, engineering and planning teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Complete production reporting and communicate shift performance to management.
