KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a Production Multi-Skilled Operative for a Newmarket-based role in food manufacturing. This permanent, full-time position offers a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £13.81 per hour.

You will operate production machinery, perform quality checks, and assist with packing and stock movements. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, with a flexible approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Production Multi-Skilled Operative - Food Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting for a Production Multi-Skilled Operative to join a successful food manufacturing company based in Newmarket (CB8). This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering stability, training, and the chance to develop your skills within a fast-paced production environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and enjoy variety in their day-to-day duties. As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will work across different production areas, supporting the manufacturing process while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

The Role

Working as part of a busy production team, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including machine operation, packing, product handling, quality checks, and maintaining production standards. Flexibility is key, as you will be trained to work across multiple areas of the operation.

Key Responsibilities
