Job Description:

Shift: Nights, 6pm-6am, 4 on 4 off. Due to shift rotation, you need to be available to work across every day of the week if relevant.

Salary: £17.28 per hour

Team and Role Overview

As a team leader, you will oversee daily production activities to ensure plan delivery and handle escalations. Your role involves leading, training, and developing the team to meet quality and safety standards, and collaborating with other departments for efficient operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Communicate shift targets and lead team meetings
• Prioritize health and safety
• Train and develop team members, conduct 1-1s and feedback
• Manage employee relations and conduct safety checks
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with other departments for production goals
• Maintain accurate scheduling and attendance records

Who You Are

• Experienced in team leadership
• Organized and confident
• Knowledgeable about warehouse fulfillment
• Detail-oriented, flexible, problem solver
• Computer literate, especially in Google Sheets
• Excellent communicator
• Experienced in employee relations

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2
• HACCP (advantageous but not essential)
