Job Description

Shift: Nights, 6pm-6am, 4 on 4 off. Availability across every day of the week is required due to shift rotation.

£17.28 per hour

Team and Role Overview

The production team is essential to operations. They plan, pick, pack, and move boxes efficiently to ensure orders are delivered 'On Time In Full' with a wide variety of recipes weekly. As a team leader, you will oversee daily activities, deliver the production plan, and handle escalations from the team and section leaders.

Core Responsibilities

• Communicate shift targets in leadership meetings and daily huddles
• Prioritize health and safety in all activities
• Build, train, and develop high-performing teams with clear career pathways, conducting 1-1s and feedback sessions
• Manage employee relations, including return-to-work and absence reviews
• Conduct safety checks on equipment and monitor activities
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met
• Coordinate with technical and engineering departments to meet production goals
• Maintain accurate worker scheduling and attendance records
