Job summary

Cranswick Country Foods in Eye, Suffolk, is seeking a Production Team Leader on a backshift to drive safe, efficient outputs and meet KPIs in a fast-paced food production environment.

You will coach a small team, manage shift performance, ensure GMP compliance and quality standards, with a 4-shift pattern and a 3-week rotation; benefits include pension, wellbeing hub, and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

Job requirements of Production Team Leader: We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our established Production team at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk. You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to ensure production KPIs are met.

Shift Pattern – 4 shifts per week on a 3 week rotating shift pattern, working 06:10 – 17:10.

Closing Date: 25th of December 2026 (please note that should we receive significant interest, this closing date may be brought forward)
