Job summary

Harrier Group is seeking a self-motivated individual to lead our Production team in a fast-paced environment. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and drive efficiency while upholding quality and safety standards.

Motivate the team to achieve daily targets and service level agreements (SLAs)

Ensure all work is completed to agreed quality standards while minimising waste

Make a positive contribution to overall team performance and business objectives

Purpose of the role:

The main purpose of this role is to lead an efficient and engaged team through support and motivation. Maintaining a strong skills base, ensuring appropriate training and development and sustain high levels of performance in terms of outputs, quality, wastage and behaviours. A fast paced, active and hands on role that will contribute to the overall success and objectives of the department and wider business.
