Job description

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Production Team Leaders for our market-leading client based in the Stafford area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, dynamic business. We are looking for candidates with experience in varied production roles, particularly with exposure to assembly or bespoke engineering.

We seek a Supervisor / Team Leader experienced in working with various products, setups, and production lines. Adaptability is essential as no two days are the same!

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Planning and organizing production resources to meet customer requirements.
  2. Monitoring and controlling production KPIs such as cost, quality, delivery, housekeeping, and absence in line with company standards.
  3. Supporting and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, equipment, and processes.
  4. Leading direct reports, building effective teams, motivating staff, maintaining morale, and addressing disciplinary issues.
  5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Working hours are 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 – 14:00 on Friday, offering an early finish on Fridays.
