Bradgate Bakery in Leicester is seeking a Veg Prep Team Leader to guide the Veg-Prep team in a busy food production area, ensuring vegetables are prepared safely, correctly, and on time.

You will plan work, support the team, and ensure quality and food safety standards while collaborating closely with Production and Quality teams. The role emphasizes team leadership, training, and continuous improvement within a strong family culture.

Qualificações

• Experience in food production, vegetable preparation, or a similar role.
• Experience of leading or supporting a team
• Good understanding of production checks and records
• Able to deal with problems and make safe decisions
• Good communication and teamwork skills

About The Role
