Our client based in Basingstoke is currently looking for a Production Team Leader to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

They are a growing business offering a great opportunity to work within a brilliant team and contribute towards their growth plans. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and team lead/team management experience is essential.

Shift patterns and pay rates:

• Monday to Friday
• £13.46 per hour (£28,000 per annum)
• Week 1 - 06:00-14:00
• Week 2 - 14:00-22:00

The role:

• Working on the production line
• Carrying out production responsibilities
• Answering employee queries
• Prioritising workload and supporting overall workflow plans with adaptability
• Solving production issues alongside the Production Supervisor
• Reporting stock damages, losses, or concerns
• Maintaining health and safety requirements
• Supporting, encouraging, and motivating staff
• Logging the start-to-finish process of products
• Providing training to new/existing team members
• Manual handling of heavy packages
• Adhering to health and safety standards
