Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a Production Team Leader to join our Barton-upon-Humber site and lead the late-shift team to meet production and quality targets.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30, with a base salary of £33,000 and a quarterly bonus of up to £250. You will ensure health and safety standards, support warehouse tasks and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.

We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join our manufacturing site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30.

Salary: £33,000 + Quarterly Bonus up to £250

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and support the late-shift team to meet production and quality targets.
• Support day-to-day production and warehouse tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure quality control, health and safety, PPE and uniform standards are followed.
• Monitor stock levels and support efficient replenishment.
• Identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement.

In addition to any other duties,as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

Desired skills & knowledge:

• Previous experience leading a team within a warehouse or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety standards and workplace compliance.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Reliable, committed and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
