Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our Barton-upon-Humber site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30, leading a team to ensure stock availability and efficient replenishment within a safe, compliant environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and coach operatives to achieve consistent performance while upholding health and safety standards.

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our manufacturing site in Barton-upon-Humber. The shift will be from Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:30.

Main responsibilities
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate efficient replenishment to maintain availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Uphold health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support team training and development initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of operatives to achieve consistent performance.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leader role within warehousing, logistics, or retail.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of stock control and replenishment processes.
  • IT proficiency, with flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and working hours.
