Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Production Team Leader in Padiham to oversee day-to-day manufacturing, ensure targets are met safely, and drive quality improvements. You will lead a small team, coordinate machine set-up, and manage production planning and workflow within ISO 9001 standards.

You will maintain production records, control stock and traceability, and work closely with engineering, quality, and maintenance to resolve issues and sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production personnel.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Practical experience with machine set-up and day-to-day operations.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and ISO 9001.
• Clear communication and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small team of production operators to meet targets.

• Monitor progress and maintain production flow.
• Provide hands-on support and act as first point of contact for issues.
