Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Production Team Lead in East London to guide the production team on a daily basis, ensure targets are met safely, and maintain quality standards. This hybrid role combines on-site leadership with remote administrative tasks, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to mentor staff.

You will collaborate with supervisors to optimise workflow, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a positive team culture.

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or supervisor in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
