Job Description
Bristol – On-Site
Salary – Up to £32,000
Shifts - 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm rotated weekly

The Production Team Lead will work as part of the Operations management team, reporting directly to the Production Manager. You will work as an integral part of the team on a rotational shift pattern where you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling of work, operators, managing vendors, the delivery of output to daily volume targets, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities include ensuring the team is fully trained and has the tools and processes available to produce output as agreed. Evaluating risk disciplines to ensure that processes and quality control methods are part of the everyday culture and service that is within the clients’ expectations and set KPI’s.
This will be achieved by collaborating with internal departments, monitoring team performance, highlighting skill/knowledge gaps, maintaining supplier service reviews, and continually looking at process improvements.
