Summary:

Our client is a leading tech-driven quant and systematic hedge fund with offices worldwide. They leverage expertise in data, research, technology, and trading to deliver high-quality returns. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent career growth opportunities.

Your primary focus will be providing high-quality user support to the global team, promptly resolving system issues affecting front office trading flows. You will collaborate with internal and external teams daily, supporting trading platforms on Windows and Linux OS, maintaining static databases, and developing tools to monitor the trading environment effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• At least 2 years of scripting experience with Bash, Command Prompt, PowerShell, or Python
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and business analytics capabilities
• High proficiency in Linux OS is essential
• Team player with a focus on issue ownership and resolution
• Availability for evening/weekend remote support
• Expertise in relational databases (SQL Server, Postgres preferred)

Desirable:

• Experience interfacing with front office traders and senior management
• Knowledge of asset classes such as Equities, Futures, Commodities, FX
