Job summary

CMD Recruitment is seeking an experienced Industrial / Production Support Engineer to join an established engineering business in Calne. The role covers manufacturing support, overhaul, testing, fault finding and new product introduction, acting as the bridge between Engineering and Operations.

The role involves advanced fault finding across electrical, refrigeration and HVAC systems; developing test procedures and documentation; and supporting product trials, engineering improvements and NPI.

Qualifications

• Experienced engineer with a background in manufacturing, maintenance, overhaul or service environments.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose faults.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist engineering support across the workshop to resolve complex technical issues and improve processes.
• Develop and optimise test procedures, work instructions and technical documentation.
• Support product trials, testing and validation activities and contribute to continuous improvement.
