The role is based on site, with Mon–Fri days (8am-4:30pm), and offers a salary up to £38,000 plus benefits. You will play a key part in driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Engineering manufacturing background.
• Previous people management & organisational experience.
• Ability to conduct appraisals, disciplinaries & departmental meetings.
