We are looking for a motivated and experiencedFabrication Production Supervisorto join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our fabrication department while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication team members
• Monitor workflow and ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Enforce health & safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with engineering and planning departments to optimize processes
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
• Maintain accurate production records and report on KPIs
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good leadership and people management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making under pressure
• Health & Safety awareness
• Excellent verbal and written skills
