Chase Taylor Recruitment is currently working with a UK leading UPVC window and door manufacturer based in Stoke-on-Trent, who is looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to supervise a team of fabricators on the day shift.

The right candidate will have recent/current experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Fabricator within the UPVC window and door industry.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Manage, motivate, supervise, and support your team
2. Implement behavioral safety and standard operating procedures
3. Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
4. Ensure production targets are met within the specified time frame
5. Train and supervise production staff

The Candidate:

1. Have a background within UPVC window and door fabrication
2. Previous experience as a production supervisor or team leader
3. Be able to manage and motivate a team
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Be able to work under pressure
6. Must currently reside in the UK
