Job summary

Fairfax Meadow in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the Portion department, delivering top-quality products while maximising yield and reducing waste. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 16:00-01:00 will be essential for operational coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in food manufacturing or food production.
• Experience in chilled food production is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Food Hygiene Level 3 and Health and Safety training desirable.

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Portion department, deliver outstanding product quality, maximise yield, reduce waste and develop a high-performing team. Marel or TVI portioning equipment experience is beneficial; training can be provided

Food Hygiene Level 3 and Health and Safety training are desirable
