Job summary

Fairfax Meadow, part of Sysco GB, is recruiting a Production Operative to join our Derbyshire factory. You will collate and prepare meats for customer orders, sort meat into pack sizes, and scan products to ensure accurate picking according to customer specifications.

We value a positive, self-motivated attitude, good communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with food safety, hygiene, and working in cold temperatures (0–5°C) is preferred, plus

As a Production Operative within our factory, you will be responsible for the collation and preparing of meats for customer order.

A satisfying role

As a Production Operative you will need to be comfortable working with all types of meat, sorting meat into the correct pack sizes and scanning products. Ensuring that all correct products are picked in line with customer specifications. Are you up for the challenge?
