Job summary

Fairfax Meadow is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead the Portion department, deliver outstanding product quality, maximise yield, and reduce waste. This hands-on role requires strong leadership to develop a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on food safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in food manufacturing or food production.
• Experience in chilled food production is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for quality, yield and continuous improvement.
• A calm, structured approach with strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 16:00-01:00.

Marel or TVI portioning equipment experience is beneficial; training can be provided
Food Hygiene Level 3 and Health and Safety training are desirable
