Job summary

Pro-Force Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor in the UK to lead a busy fruit production operation. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts across five days in a seven-day cycle, including a rotational pattern of day and afternoon shifts.

The successful candidate will manage teams up to 100 in a fast-paced environment, ensuring production efficiency, quality compliance, and strict health and safety adherence while maintaining a positive team

The role requires flexibility, working on a rotational shift pattern:

• One week on day shifts

• One week on afternoon shifts
