Job summary

Tailored Recruitment Partners is seeking a Production Manager to assist with day-to-day packing and filling operations. You will oversee staff, ensure training, and uphold hygiene, safety, and CIP records.

Responsibilities include monitoring quality, stock, and consumables, and supporting audits and staff reviews. Training will be provided for the role and a structured four-day week is offered.

The job

• Supporting the Production Manager with the day-to-day running. of the packing and filling operations.
• Oversee staff, ensuring they are trained and follow procedures.

• Ensure CIP cleaning is completed correctly and records are accurate.
