IPS (Part of the Culina Group) collaborates with well-known brands, offering cost-effective and innovative co-packing, co-filling, and co-manufacturing solutions within the UK. We are recruiting a talented Production Supervisor to join our team at IPS Haverhill on a full-time, permanent basis.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:30am-4:00pm

Salary: £35,000 per annum, increasing to £36,000 after successful probation

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead production lines and labor to meet volume and commercial targets, ensuring QA and safety standards are upheld.
• Model best practices and support Line Leaders.
• Manage production operations and customer service, ensuring compliance with H&S and quality standards.
• Coordinate with departments to meet production plans and improve efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and participate in health and safety meetings.
• Manage agency staff and participate in disciplinary and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a production environment, preferably food or packing.
• Experience with warehousing, audits, and packaging machinery.
