You're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced heavy manufacturing environment and leads from the front. With experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or Shift Supervisor, you'll have a solid background in steel processing, fabrication, engineering, or metal manufacturing. You'll be comfortable working around machinery such as shot blasters, overhead cranes, industrial saws, slitters, and machining equipment, with a strong understanding of production flow, stock control and operational performance. We're looking for someone who can motivate a team, hit production targets and keep the shop floor running efficiently, while also being willing to roll up their sleeves and support the operation when needed. Strong communication, organisation, and a proactive, hands‑on attitude are essential.
