• Previous supervisory or management experience within a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of BRC standards and working within an audited manufacturing environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on management style with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
• Experience of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and seasonal production schedules.
