Are you on the lookout for a fulfilling job opportunity as a Production Supervisor in Petersfield? Look no further! Our globally renowned manufacturing company is seeking dedicated individuals like you to join our exceptional team.

Experience: we are looking for candidates with the below experience

· Leadership or team management experience.

· Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

· Previous roles such as Team Leader, Cell Leader, Line Leader, etc.

Competitive Pay: Up to £15.52 per hour dependant on experience.

Nights: 11 pm - 7 am

· Full Time: Work full-time 5 days a week

Your Duties:

· Lead a small team of operatives to ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met

· Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

· Monitor workflow, identify areas for improvement, and liaise with supervisors to resolve issues

· Ensuring quality standards are adhered to.

· Ensure full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.

· To work within clearly defined KPIs
