Production Supervisor

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the supervision of production operators as well as day-to-day supervision of production processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with supervisory experience who has previously worked in a factory, production or repacking environment, looking for long-term employment and career progression.

The role includes but isn't limited to the following:

1. Supervision of Production Operators
2. Supervision of production processes
3. Understanding and completing production documentation, ensuring production instructions are accurately followed
4. Training and supporting production operators in production processes
5. Forklift Counterbalance experience & current licence would be desirable
6. Assisting the Production Manager
7. Assuming the responsibilities of the production manager in their absence to ensure continuity of work quality, H&S standards and leadership.
8. Assisting with general day-to-day business activities.
