Kingston Barnes Ltd is seeking a Production Lead (CNC) in Bristol. The role oversees shopfloor teams, ensuring quality and timetables while coordinating with management. A strong CNC/precision background and leadership experience are essential.

The position offers a 37-hour week, with overtime at enhanced rates and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a supervisory role within a precision manufacturing environment.
• Background in CNC Milling or Turning and precision engineering.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet quality standards.
• Strong communication skills across shop floor and management.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience conducting shift handovers and daily production meetings.

Do you have experience with supervising high-quality manufacturing operations?

Do you have a background or strong understanding in CNC Milling or Turning?

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the shopfloor staff to ensure tasks are completed to required standards and schedules
• Monitor and report on shift performance
• Drive and support Total productive maintenance activities
• Promote lean manufacturing principles
• Be the point of liaison between the shop floor and management

The Benefits:
