Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Production Shift Manager to join our client’s South East London site. You will oversee the production shift, supervise team leaders and operators, and drive daily performance to meet targets.

The role focuses on reducing downtime, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring SAP transactions are completed accurately. A strong background in Food or FMCG manufacturing is preferred, with experience supervising teams and HACCP understanding.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams.
