Job summary

CSL in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced production professional to ensure schedules and performance targets are met on an assigned production line within a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role involves controlling production activities, material flow and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules, and providing leadership for change controls, risk assessments, CAPAs and audits while coordinating process improvements and acting as the line's subject

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent, or equivalent vocational or technical education.
• 5+ years' experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure schedule and performance requirements are met on assigned line.
• Control production activities, material flow and inventory to meet cost, quality, and schedules.
• Provide or lead technical support for CAPAs, audits, change controls, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate process improvements and analyze trend reports on production processes.
• Represent line as Subject Matter Expert.
