Job summary

IRCA Group is seeking a Production Shift Lead to manage a 3-shift rotation (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00) and ensure the timely delivery of products to customer specifications. You will lead a shift team, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role focuses on people management, safety, and quality while coordinating with other shifts to maintain a smooth production flow and meet production targets in

The Role

The Production Shift Lead holds full accountability for their production area, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the efficient flow of work through the factory and that products are supplied on time, to customer specification. They are responsible for all people management tasks within their shift as well as identifying continuous improvement initiatives. Working a 3 shift rotation of 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00.
