Job summary

Eaton's Aerospace in Hampshire, Titchfield, is seeking a Production Scheduler Lead to own the Master Production Schedule across OE and Aftermarket streams, ensuring on-time delivery and strong schedule adherence. Lead the Scheduling Team, drive weekly reviews, coordinate with the Network Scheduler, and develop the team through coaching and development plans.

The role requires ERP/MfgPro experience and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience in Materials Planning or Master Scheduling.
• Extensive knowledge of ERP systems; MfgPro experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management ability.
• Experience in managing a team or leadership attributes and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Production Scheduling Team across OE and Aftermarket value streams.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of the production schedule and translate demand into executable plans.
• Adhere to the Master Production Schedule and lead weekly reviews and recovery planning.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to drive RCCAs for on-time delivery.

We boast extensive fuel and air system test facilities, facilitating comprehensive testing across a range of conditions with various fuel typesWhat you’ll do:The Production Scheduler Lead role in Titchfield provides provides first line leadership for all production schedulers across Titchfield, ensuring effective execution of the Master Production Schedule (MPS), achieving customer delivery commitments, driving schedule attainment, and building a highly capable scheduling organization.The role is accountable for the end-to-end execution of the production schedule across our OE and Aftermarket value streams, and ensures customer demand is translated into realistic, executable production schedules that maximizes On-Time Delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.Lead and develop the Production Scheduling Team across our OE and Aftermarket Value Streams.Adhere and align to MPS (Master Production Schedule) and lead weekly schedule reviews, recovery reviews, bottleneck reviews, and arrears recovery planning and escalate execution issues to the Network Scheduler team as required. Fine plan and schedule supply orders according to demand priorities and inventory targets for 0–4-week outlook.Continue to develop the team and streamline the team’s workloads for optimal effectiveness through adherence to leader standard work and tiered accountability process.Drive employee engagement, coaching, development, and career progression through the effective use of continuous feedback, 1:1’s, goals, development plans and engagement activities.Build and maintains effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify and support implementing RCCA’s for product missing On Time Delivery to customer.Skills:Experience in Materials Planning or Master SchedulingExtensive knowledge of ERP systems.
