The Network Scheduler is responsible for converting Demand into a Network Supply Plan with an actionable 0–3‑month executable production plan.

This role ensures material and production readiness across the network, maximises demand fulfilment, and drives short‑term supply chain performance through proactive risk mitigation and recovery management. The Network Scheduler works closely with Production Planning, Network Planners, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service within the S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) Short‑Term Scheduling & Demand Fulfilment horizon 0-3 months.

What You’ll Do
Short‑Term Planning & Schedule Management
  • Plan and execute internal and supplier fulfilment within a 12‑week horizon to maximise clear‑to‑build and delivery performance.
  • Translate network supply plans into executable master production and repair schedules.
  • Balance production load across sites and define buy volumes to support the agreed plan.
  • Manage demand changes (new orders, cancellations, priority shifts) within the S&OE window.
  • Convert demand into repair plans and schedule M‑orders in line with operational readiness.
SIOP & S&OE Alignment
  • Execute schedules aligned to SIOP targets for inventory, production utilisation, and cost‑to‑serve.
  • Operationalise SIOP decisions through weekly S&OE cycles.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within S&OE, acting as the first escalation point for near‑term issues.
Performance, Recovery & Risk Management
  • Own customer recovery schedules and line‑of‑balance actions, ensuring effective execution.
  • Lead arrears burn‑down and recovery of past‑due customer orders.
  • Support On‑Time Delivery through proactive scheduling, material readiness, and cross‑functional coordination.
  • Proactively identify short‑term risks (supplier constraints, expedites, re‑routes, inventory redeployment) and recommend mitigation actions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Operations to align capacity, labour, and resources with scheduled requirements.
  • Work closely with Procurement to secure supply, resolve shortages, and manage expedites.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service to confirm achievable commitments and communicate risks early.
Qualifications
  • APEX CPIM would be an advantage but is also not a requirement for the role.
Skills
  • Experience in production scheduling, material planning, or supply chain execution.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, planning parameters, and master data health.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage frequent changes, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with experience in short‑term risk identification and mitigation.
What We Offer
  • Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model for the right candidate.
  • A company culture committed to Inclusion & Diversity and Sustainability.
  • Annual mentoring programme, Eaton University, and a robust reward and recognition framework.
  • Ongoing learning and global career development opportunities, including internal mobility.
  • Comprehensive induction support and a well‑structured onboarding experience.
