Job summary

Tech Connect Group are recruiting for a Production Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support production operations, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure data is updated across internal systems to support on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing processes.

The role is offered on an initial 6-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension or a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production admin is desirable.
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP and MS Office platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer quotations.
• Create, issue and print works orders to meet production needs.
• Update production planning schedules to reflect workload and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and maintain accurate Work in Progress (WIP) records.
• Update production records when components are issued.
• Ensure all production documentation is accurate and readily available.
• Liaise with production staff to obtain progress updates.
• Provide administrative support to production control processes.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
