Job summary

Polypipe Civils and Green Urbanisation, part of the Genuit Group, are recruiting Production Operatives to assist in the production, assembly and packing of a variety of goods. The role forms part of a team and includes rotation between departments and responsibilities across the production line.

You will work a rotating shift pattern: 2 days (07:00-19:00), followed by 2 nights (19:00-07:00), then 4 days off.

Qualifications

• Accurate completion of paperwork and data entry.
• Able to rotate between departments as required.
• Commitment to health, safety and PPE guidelines.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong organisational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and ensure specifications are met.
• Follow health and safety and PPE guidelines.
• Rotate between departments as required by business needs.
• Record production data into the computer system.
• Ensure correct labelling of finished goods and maintain housekeeping.
• Assist with setup of future production lines and procedures.
• Trouble-shoot minor issues on the line and notify Line Manager when needed.
