Flexipol Packaging Limited is seeking a dedicated quality assurance professional to join its new quality department in Haslingden, bringing hands-on expertise to sustain high standards across packaging operations.

You will conduct audits, record checks, manage retained samples and stock control, assist with complaint investigations and GMP audits, and measure quality parameters with lab equipment, working 40 hours per week from 07:00 to 16:00.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a quality assurance role

Responsabilidades

• Record checks of production paperwork and reporting out of spec results or incomplete records.
• Manage retained samples.
• Manage stock control and issuing of: Safety knives (and blades)
• Assist with hold stock management.
• Assist with internal complaint investigations.
• Assist with 8D assessment of external complaints.
• Join the quality huddles (in conversion and extrusion)
• Assist with GMP audits.
• Measure quality parameters using laboratory equipment.
