Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd on behalf of a leading UK manufacturer is hiring a Quality Controller for a permanent role in a fast-paced dispatch packhouse. You will carry out quality checks, verify against customer specs, record results and escalate any non-conformances, with full on-the-job training and ongoing support.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in cold environments, and basic computer skills. 45 hours per week with overtime; an equal opportunities employer.

Are you a Quality Controller looking for a stable, permanent role with a well-established production business where you will be properly trained and supported?

This is a permanent position with a leading UK manufacturer, where you will receive full on-the-job training and ongoing support to carry out quality checks and maintain customer specifications throughout the dispatch process.
As a result of continued success and sustained demand, they are now looking to add to their quality team within a fast-paced, dispatch environment.
In this role you will inspect product quality, presentation, packing, labelling and traceability, record results accurately, **escalate non‑conformances**, and support corrective actions. You will also complete shelf-life, defect and weight checks, and assist with internal inspections and customer audits as required.
This role would suit a Quality Controller operative from a food manufacturing or fresh produce looking for a secure long-term position with training, support, and the chance to develop your career.
