G's Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Operative to help ensure our products meet customer expectations, legal requirements, and internal standards. You will collaborate with production teams to monitor quality during the entire process and support food safety compliance.

In this role, you will perform inspections, assist with investigations of issues, sample products, and participate in audits. A proactive, detail-oriented team player with good documentation skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Carry out inspections of raw materials, packaging and finished products against specifications.
• Identify and address quality concerns and non-conformances.
• Conduct product sampling, testing and quality assessments.
• Monitor shelf-life evaluations and share findings with teams.
• Assist with investigations into quality issues, customer complaints and defects.
• Verify traceability information and support product release processes.
• Collect microbiology samples for lab testing per schedules.
• Support internal, customer and third-party audits.
• Maintain high hygiene, housekeeping and food safety standards site-wide.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Operativeto join our team and play a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet customer expectations, legal requirements and company standards. You'll work closely with operational teams to monitor quality throughout the production process, support food safety compliance and help drive continuous improvement across the site.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out inspections of raw materials, packaging and finished products against agreed specifications.
• Identify and upscale quality concerns and non-conformances.
• Complete product sampling, testing and quality assessments.
• Monitor shelf-life evaluations and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Assist with investigations into quality issues, customer complaints and product defects.
• Verify traceability information and support product release processes.
• Collect and submit microbiological samples for laboratory testing in line with schedules.
• Support internal, customer and third-party audits.
• Help maintain excellent hygiene, housekeeping and food safety standards across the site.
• Contribute positively to a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Shift pattern:

• 40 hours basic per week withovertime at40 hours - 5 of 7 shift pattern
